On September 11, Viggle made an appearance on TV Asahi’s popular show "かまいガチ(Kamai Gachi)" The episode followed 濱家隆一 (Ryuichi Hamaie), who had fumbled his first-ever opening pitch two years ago, despite being a former high school baseball player. Determined to redeem himself, Hamaie trained for three months under former Tokyo Yakult Swallows pitcher 館山昌平 (Shohei Tateyama), aiming to throw faster than 118 km/h.

In a fun twist, the show integrated Viggle to add extra flair and humor to Hamaie’s journey, bringing hilarious moments to both the performers and the audience. Hamaie was even featured in the viral Japanese meme "あの日の放課後," adding a clever twist and reaction to his opening pitch video.
